The 2014 TTU Phasor Measurement Unit Workshop Presented by Group NIRE (Visit here)
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) awarded Group NIRE and Texas Tech funds for the creation of a synchrophasor based curriculum through the Collaborative Industry-Academic Synchrophasor Engineering Program (CIASEP). For the 2014 workshop, Group NIRE invited leaders in the industry to speak to students about PMUs. This workshop was sponsored by the North American SynchroPhasor Initiative, Washington State University, and the MCM Elegante Hotel & Suites.
